As I see it we need to do several things:
1 Pump up the attendance numbers, IN has a good foundation in place, we need to use that leverage
2 Get at least 1 more shoot scheduled, hopefully for Constitution Day weekend
3 Refine our marketing/networking plan, I like the 1500s as there is a large target audience but I am certainly welcome to alternatives
4 I would like everyone to be on the lookout for a piece of land for a designated Appleseed range
5 Lay out our 2009 goals -- 12-14 AS and 2-3 IBC, that's double this year

Are there other gun shows that we can go to?
What do we need in the land for a range?
You can go and set up at any gun show, the smaller ones it may be possible to get a table for reduced or no fee as a 501c3. If nothing else, put on your Appleseed t-shiry and walk around talking to folks and leave a pile of flyers on a table. There is also a BIG show in Louisville that we might split with the KY folks. If you find a good one, post it and if you want some help mannning a table, post it and ask for volunteers to help.
As far as land: fairly flat, safe backstop, hopefully already there and no close neighbors. If it is for sale something cheap per acre unless someone here has deep pockets and wants to donate to a 501c3.
