Title: Ames?
Post by: Miller on July 19, 2012, 01:28:05 AM
I just found a shoot listed for Ames on August 18th/19th but nothing on the shoot schedule and the link takes me to the standard "no info/you can't see this" screen.

Any info?

Miller,

Not sure this shoot is still on the schedule, it does not appear on eventbrite.

It's on Instructor Scheduling with Alex listed as SB.  There is an active link to the EIP information but NO active registration link.

I'll follow up with admin. to check into that.
I'll get back with any information I find out.

Thanks for the alert.

The omission has been reported and RifleWoman will be correcting it shortly.

Keep checking Eventbrite so you know when it appears.

Thanks Miller for identifying the oversight!!!   O0

No worries.

I figured it was some sort of hiccup with the computer end of things.

Ames is up and running on Eventbrite!

With a shortened timeline, you might want to have email invites sent out to previous attendees, and hit those gun stores with some promotions!!!!

Have a great shoot!

Very cool.

I'm not sure I'll be able to work it unfortunately.
Things have gone a bit pear shaped in my world and it's going to take me a bit to get it all sorted.

I have a list of folks from the area who have never attended before (and expressed an interest) that I am contacting about the event.   I will also post flyers around the area -- is there a template for those?    In regards to contacting folks who have attended in the past, is that something I can help with?  Let me know, as well as anything else I can do to help.  Thanks!
