All instructors should be aware that there are new PCs in operation now. SBs should take copies of the PC0s with them to events to give to prospective IIT0s. The PC4s can be used by all IITs at any time. They will constitute a record of any history which has been given. When this record is complete, and the IIT3 has been granted, the IIT will be eligible for the IPC.
