Why is it 'off limits' to me?
Oops! Here's the post.
In 2011, MN and NE both had IBCs. While they are working on dates for 2012, what do the rest of the CP states think of having a combined MO, AR, KS and OK IBC down around the area where all 4 states come together?
Iowa, you might also want to schedule one, or attend the MN IBC depending on the distance from where you all live. Let me know and I will help get that going if you want.

I will be there, emergencies allowing. I suggest within a circle of Tulsa, OK, Ft Smith AR, Springfield MO, and Wichita KS. Hutchinson KS has a 'perfect' facility. We could also try Camp Gruber, near Muskogee OK.
Muskogee!!! I drive through there each time we go to Arlington to see family!
We don't need to be at a range, altho that would work nicely if we could use their clubhouse for the two days of instruction then go out on the range for a mini Appleseed to give the IITs some practice spotting and correcting errors that the RH are doing.
We would need to secure a Senior Instructor or MI to be the SB for the weekend and all the IITs and RH in the region or the close states. MN may want to head over to WI.
It's important to do this at least annually to keep our instruction finely tuned and consistent with AS as a whole. Anyone know what consistency brings??? Accuracy!!! And we want to be accurate in our instruction!
OK folks! Lets hear some more ideas for places and dates so this can get put together!
