I'm working on the purple items...   LadyVetch

   Red Hats  - LadyVetch is planning on attending - PM sent to Instructor Scheduling
    Orange Hats  - BellRinger is planning on attending - PM sent to Instructor Scheduling
Management of target backers and shoot supplies - Shoot supplies ordered & received by LV
    Pre-shoot setup - Working with WGC, might have to pay for plowing, sanding etc.   Plan on setting up line on Saturday night, Feb 11th.  Will also need to clear warming shed at that time.
    Will need firewood for wood stove - ???

Will have wood cut and stacked at shed before event, will check tractor to make sure it will run, also will bring 4-wheeler with plow. I also have generator.

D-fly do we have a current PDF of the promo flyer yet? or some version I can print off locally for the Bob and Rocco show?

Added the event to 12 local radio station community calendars, such as Mix106.9.

I'll be there Saturday to help with set up and I'll appear on Sunday after I finish up teaching...

Road plowed, Hopefully sun melts some of the ice, Parking area plowed, And wood stacked in warming shed. What time Saturday for set up?.

Anytime after noon, probably should make it later in case someone wants to use the range.  3ish maybe. Any ideas Lady Vetch ?

Whatever time would work best for you since you have the line.  Tim will be home after 3pm.   I don't think anyone is using Range F so that shouldn't be a problem.

Well, since no one has responded...  (feel free to respond if you want the time changed!   ;)  ) 

Administrative decision.  We will be at Range F at 3pm Saturday Feb 11th to set up the line and get things ready.  We have 6 people registered.  Use the standard Lang Rd entrance.  We will have it unlocked.
