Don't donate your car or truck to some charity you have never heard of. V-Dac's trusted service makes sure your vehicle is properly handled so you get your tax deduction and your charity, REVOLUTIONARY WAR VETERANS ASSOCIATION INC, gets the benefit of your donation.
How it works:With the Vehicle Donation Program a person would call and donate their vehicle. V-Dac (RWVA's choice for handling the donation) would make arrangements to pick up the vehicle.
Once picked up, V-Dac sells the vehicle and remits a portion of the selling price of the vehicle to RWVA. RWVA does not take possession of the vehicle.
Rather than RWVA having to handle the collection and sale of the vehicle, V-Dac takes care of those issues on RWVA's behalf. V-Dac also handles the regulatory issues and sends any required IRS forms to the donor.
