Title: Shiocton Updates
Post by: fepowered on April 19, 2011, 04:20:08 PM
The range work has not yet begun.  The range is currently flooded and closed as it is not accessible due to the high water level.    I was out there today just as the snow was starting to come down.

Any ideas if this will affect the June shoot?

We will definitely be impacted.  If they begin construction before the shoot or if the range is still flooded, the range will be closed and we will not be able to hold the shoot there.  The original plan was for construction to begin weeks ago but water has been standing since the first melt.

Hey fepowered, do we have an update on progress at the range. A little over a month out, do we need to start looking for a backup.

It is still flooded and closed.  At this point, a backup would make alot of sense.

Talked to coly, and he has talked to the Police Chief. Construction will not affect our June Appleseed  O0 .
So, lets move forward, and fill the line  ~~:)
