Well, How did Socorro and Raton go June 5/6? Hot hot hot down here. 111 on the 5th.....O.L.
Just got in.... %). Yup it was hot, air temps were 98 at Raton on Sat. according to the NRA range staff. Felt hotter and it was a near record at that range. >:D
Sun was about 10 degrees cooler, more normal temps and it rained lightly the last couple of hours.
Saturday night there was a horrendous rain/lightening with a half inch of rain. The lightening storm was better than any half time show. :)
Most of the shooters camped out at the primitive range.
It was a tremendous weekend in many ways.

Socorro was 106 on Sat, I couldn't do Sunday when they had all the fun
