Choose a user name. Be sure to choose a name that people can refer to you by as that is how you will be known.
Example "2350jcrs96" is not good as "Shooter1"
Send a private message (PM) to "dond" & "Nickle". Subject line "New IIT"
Provide him with the Information from #1, 2, 3 and 4, your full name, user name, full mailing address, telephone number and email address.
