I'm attempting to squeeze some Appleseed promotion time into my already too full bag of obligations, so I'm hoping for the biggest bang for my buck. Funfaler made a post that he had managed to get an area rifle club to partner in promoting Appleseed. That got me searching the web for organizations in Vermont. I found a statewide organization called the Vermont Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs, Inc. http://www.vtfsc.org/ (http://www.vtfsc.org/) that appears to represent a whole bunch of clubs in the state.
Has anyone contacted them, or any other clubs, to see if they might assist in promoting Appleseed?

Will do, but just waiting for Nickle or GMB74 to pick up on this posting. It's best to know if there is some history involved before trying to make new inroads. Nickle's fulfilling his Guard committment this upcoming week so he might not be on line for a few days. I'll PM both of them to make sure they get my note.
Something will happen up here but I'd like to make sure I'm coordinated with the local organizers. ;)

Even if there is bad juju for some reason, don't let it keep you from trying.
Just be clear, reasonable and polite. The worst that can happen is that someone will say no, but delivered well they are just as likely to say yes.
