A great day for a Pistol Clinic. Perfect Wisconsin fall weather and a clear morning.
We gathered together for the morning, short two people - work demands and one who didn't make it out. But the four students put in good work, well supervised by both Appleseed volunteers and assistants from Schultz's, making sure each person had individual safety attention.
By the time we heard the Strikes of the Match, we were ready for some AQTs. And, we had two qualifiers, both with scores of 224 - congratulations to Noel and Eric! Noel with a 6-shot revolver, no less.
And Eric even cleared his Hits Count target! Both times!
Those not qualifying have some drills to do at home, and we look forward to more Pistoleers in the future!
And a few photos from the day...
I am proud to say I was part of this exercise in liberty.
Congrats to our new pistoleers.
Thanks to the Shultz club for the use of their property and the Project Appleseed national folks for the facilitation of communications and supplies necessary for us to carry on such a good work.
I'm happy to have been of service.
