I'd like to start off by thanking the York-Adams Game & Fish Association for the use of their facilities, they are gracious hosts, and we could not ask for a better partner in liberty. We had 6 instructors on site for this two day Pistolseed to provide excellent instruction and insights to 7 patriots.
We started off Saturday with cool weather and a Hits Count! target. Instructors worked with the students through the morning to get them comfortable on their respective pistols, build up their grips and stance and enhance their front sight focus. History was presented by Off_paper and enjoyed by all. By the end of the Saturday, we had 1 cleared Redcoats and even a Pistoleer!
Sunday brought warmer temperatures and a bit of early morning rain, but shooters had many opportunities at PQTs.
In addition to AQTs, our shooters took part in the Big Dot Little Dot Challenge, with congratulations going to Jason and Ian! By the end of the weekend, Ian had cleared his Redcoat and Ian, Jason, Joe, Aditi, Charles and Pat had earned or re-earned their Pistoleer patch. Big shout out to Ian for earning his distinguished Pistoleer patch with irons, Huzzah!
As always, remember the lessons you learned this weekend about the rights given to us by our forefathers, and do what you can to preserve these rights by participating in your government, practicing your marksmanship and dry firing at home, and of course coming back for another event and bringing a friend! Overall, an excellent weekend of comradery and history, thank you to all!
