Special thanks to the Beaver Valley Rifle and Pistol Club for hosting us this past Sunday. They were very helpful in all aspects of getting ready for our first one-day Appleseed Rifle Clinic. And we are headed back there again October 2-3-4, and a PistolSeed October 17-18.
We all had a great fun-filled day of instructors being able to get some work in behind their triggers, work on their presentations and skill development. A few person best groups were shot! We worked through the one-day course of fire, getting the timing and sequence down. It all pretty much worked as we had planned. We even got in 3 AQT's before the heavy rain and thunderstorms shut us down.
Five rifleman requalified and two Orange Hats got their first experience calling the line and being RSO's. Huzzah!
