See attached example of Emergency Plan. We hole punch the corner, use a ring or carabiner to hang it somewhere on the firing line and point it out during our intro when asking if anyone is medically trained.
Perfect Kim!!!!!

Hey Chad!
Hope you are doing well! We are doing great!
It's been quite a while, but I always keep up with your shoots and read your AAR/IAARs, etc. Don't tell anyone, but I'm still a Texan at heart. ;D
Good to hear from you and hope to see you/work with you again sometime soon!

I downloaded this on my iPad but when it is printed it has big red crosses obscuring some of the print. Any idea why? Thanks for posting and this will be a regular thing at my shoots in the future.

Its the cross format from a windows based DOC program to the Mac OS system. It loses formatting.
Yeah, what he said. It is just a simple Microsoft Word document. I did insert the cross as a symbol. You could possibly just delete the cross and/or replace it within the program. I can send you the Word doc if that helps, but I think that's what I uploaded.
Let me know.
Also -- It was very easy to put together.
