This is a historic day, the new bridge across the Mississippi River linking Perryville, Mo and Chester, Ill. is opening next week with a ceremony today. Mrs Flinlock and I were able to walk on the bridge along with a LOT of our fellow citizens. This project went from zero to complete in 4 years with no time lost accidents.
