Hi Everyone,
I am writing to share some exciting updates regarding the leadership structure of the California team. These changes are designed to capitalize on our recent legislative momentum and ensure we are positioned for significant growth in the coming months.
Before outlining the new structure, it is impossible to overstate the impact that Bob210 has had on our organization. The strength of the California program today is a direct reflection of Bob's tireless dedication, vision, and leadership. His commitment has not only built a solid foundation here but has also earned him well-deserved recognition at the National level. We simply would not be in this position without his hard work and guidance.
To better support our expanding presence—particularly as we see increasing opportunities in Southern California—we are shifting to a more balanced point of contact group. This new structure allows our state volunteers to focus their expertise where it is most effective:
Eaglescouter will step into the role of CA State Coordinator, taking the lead on day-to-day statewide coordination.
Bob210 will transition into the role of CA Deputy State Coordinator. In this capacity, he will focus his talent and efforts on growing our presence at the critical Piru range, developing new Orange Hats, while continuing to provide essential guidance on broader state matters as needed.
3Huzzah's will serve as the Deputy State Coordinator of Northern California, providing dedicated support to Eaglescouter in the north
I will be working directly alongside Bob210 as the Deputy State Coordinator of Southern California.
This realignment is about playing to our strengths. By narrowing Bob's focus to Piru and the critically important mission of revitalizing Southern CA, we are ensuring that our most vital local hubs, like Piru, and Rainbow, ( shout out to Stormn and his crew) have the attention they deserve, while freeing him from the heavy administrative overhead of statewide forum management.
