I can solidly recommend the 40mm. It's mounted on a slightly larger platform but it's still reasonably handy. Sub-MOA accuracy not guaranteed.

I still think we need to build a true carriage for that so you can TOW it behind your truck. Bet it cuts down on tailgating in Seattle traffic...
