Central Florida Rifle & Pistol Club was the place to be this past Saturday and Sunday for some fun and to learn pistol shooting skills. Weather was perfect, students were eager and teachable. The instructors were awesome as usual. Sieggie held down Lineboss both days keeping everyone on task and safe.
Eric and a couple of his buddies (David and Nathan) decided it was an excellent way to celebrate his 36th birthday. Huzzah! David & Marci (professional Appleseed students) joined us Saturday. Daniel was visiting from Texas (he'll be attending more events there soon). Jake and Ed (both IITs). attending their first APC, both scored Pistoleer™™. John and Louie (Redhats) requalified on the PQT. Nathan scored 205, 206, and 207 but wasn't able to requalify.
It was a very safe event. All professed they had a good time and are looking forward to another event soon. By 3:00 PM Sunday we were all exhausted (could it have been the time change) so we called it a day and everyone went home by 4:00. All that said we declared it a success.
Thank you to the CFRPC for their hospitality. They are great supporters of Appleseed.
