Fall Pistol Clinic in NorCal...weather: perfect.
We had a great group of students for the last Red Bluff event of 2025. New Appleseed students and a couple of returning students. It was great.
On Saturday there was a lot of teaching and this group really worked hard to put what we taught to good use.
History was awesome and had some wonderful comments from students.
Sunday was just as gorgeous weatherwise as Saturday was.
The groups just kept getting smaller and students worked harder.
We got in several PQT's all with nice scores. Craig posted a very nice 213!!
We posted squares in between PQT's to allow the students to get some practice on what they felt they needed to work on (or just take a break) and to allow the scorer to catch up. This has worked very well.
Congratulations to Craig (who is also an IIT) on scoring Pistoleerâ„¢!
Congrats to Cynthia on doing an amazing job as a new pistol shooter!!
Thank you to everyone for helping tear down and clean up.
Thank you to all my instructors, without your amazing help I couldn't do this.

Was a great weekend, and was nice to be a student again! Was great meeting the Northern California students and instructors.
I followed my usual tradition of getting a passing score and then gutting the firearm that achieved it! My Buckmark is sporting a new slide and internals, even though it performed perfectly all weekend!
Seeing how weak my one handed performance was I've put in 2 sessions at the range this week trying to improve that! (See Joe, I do listen!)
Thank you for putting on the event! The passion and hard work of the instructors was obvious and appreciated. It was a fun and humbling experience, I am looking forward to the next one.
