We had a small but enthusiastic group of patriots this past weekend. They could be called summer soldiers because it was hot and humid.

Saturday saw 5 shooters on the line, 3 of whom were returnees. After the usual drills we got in 2 AQT's and produced 2 riflemen- young Austin with a 210 and Steve with a 218. Interestingly both guys were using loaner rifles.

It was great spending some time at the event.  This was my first MO event. <add another state to the list>  Below are a couple of pictures I got from Saturday.  Austin and Steve did great on borrowed equipment.  With the 210 score, Austin also got baptized in water from the North Bridge.

With Steve, give a Marine an AR (even a Tippmann) and he'll show you a riflemen...

It was hot, but 3/5 scored Riflemen and frankly I think we have one more that is on the cusp if he'd choose a more reliable rifle.
