Title: New book on Lexington & Concord
Post by: Potato_Hole on February 23, 2025, 06:54:24 PM

I just heard a podcast interview with Joel Bohy, author of the new book "Bullet Strikes From the First Day of the American Revolution".  It sounds like he took a CSI approach to the bullet holes in the remaining historic buildings to see what could be learned, even taking lead residue samples from the holes and doing terminal ballistics tests to compare damage.

I just now ordered a copy from the publisher and look forward to reading it before heading to MA in April.  I assume I'm not the only one who would enjoy adding this to their bookcase.

Cheers,

The NRA "American Rifleman Television" has done a multi part history of April 19,1775 as a feature this month.  Bohy is a commentator in the feature, as a historian.  They treat it well.
