Hello, Appleseeders. Tar Heel (NC state coordinator) and R-Mack (shoot boss) have requested help at the Ramseur NC Mar 08-Mar 09, 2025 Appleseed - Event ID: 10394.
They've done a fantastic job filling the line with 30 shooters! Nearly a third of those are kids. The shoot is only about 4 weeks away and they have just 3 volunteers. I realize it is a trek for us out-of-staters, but there is free camping available. They have 1 1/2 heated huts unoccupied as of this morning and plenty of tent space. If glamping is too primitive, based on the size of the shoot and volunteer need, the standard AS reimbursements can be made (please let R-Mack know ahead of time, of course). Please get the word out and help if you can.
This would be a great chance to see our home range and I believe that the trees will just be coming to life again - it'll be a gorgeous drive from wherever you're traveling from.
