Dan is a natural leader, much respected by his team. As Arizona State Coordinator he's led his state to nearly double the shooter participation of last year, and more than double that of several previous years. He enthusiastically embraces our Mission, and all the had work that goes into furthering that Mission.  ~~:)

I am immensely humbled and honored to be newest Designated Shoot Boss. It fills me with gratitude and appreciation. As any other SB or dSB knows, I did not accomplish this on my own and I want to thank our Arizona Cadre for their unwavering quest to be the best Rifle Marksmanship instructors in the land. They make me look good. I also want to recognize the Leadership team for their confidence in me, especially those that have sacrificed their own time to travel to our events, (special thanks to Mrs. Smith, Maximum Ordinate and Google.) Your support means the world to me and I am excited to continue contributing to our shared mission.

Thank you again for this incredible honor.

IMHO this is well deserved for the service rendered to the program and our state.
