Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this but I did not see a previous or similar post on this subject and wanted to make it as visible to all as possible.
I wanted to take a moment of my day to express my sincere appreciation for the leadership of Maximum Ordinate not only during his time as National Coordinator but throughout the years. His generous giving of his time to advance, not only the program but also instructors' progression and participants learning/enjoyment. I am truly grateful for the time he has spent on me, his commitment to this program and simply wanted to let him know how much he is appreciated and respected. I think AS should consider it lucky to have him.
On a related note, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for another individual who has also put a great deal of work and dedication to the program, and as the individual before, lead some personal development to me as well. Monkey, I am very much looking forward to seeing you take the lead. From my brief time learning from you as both a participant and an IIT. I know we are in great hands, and we have a very good future ahead of us. Thank you both for your time and your passion for Appleseed.

MO did nothing short of miraculous, Herculean accomplishments during his tenure. One need look no further than his record of events/locations worked.
And then add in all the behind-the-scenes stuff. Believe me, it's a ton.
The organization is in infinitely better shape at the end of his stewardship than when he started.
Unfortunately for Monkey, the bar has been set very high. &) >:D
Thank you, Rusty, for your efforts. What initially began as a 2-year commitment, became 5-year quest to improve Appleseed in a myriad of ways.
Well-done, brother!
What the two previous posts said. Also, thank you for listening to me, helping me, and giving me advice. I respect your opinion and still look forward to working with you in the future. I can't wait to make it to the South and work with you Rusty!
Of course, Monkey, I look forward to your leadership and can't wait to see you at the home range! Maybe we will make it to VA to work a shoot there also. It's on my list.
You guys are the bomb!

Yup - that ain't no lie. He's got more energy than anyone I've ever met. I don't know how he does it.
So buku thanks bro.
I can't say it better than it was already said. Thanks MO
I am blessed to be in North Alabama with Rusty. He has had great patience with me as I have progressed and helped me to be better as an instructor.
I have great respect for him and love him as a brother.
Thanks Rusty! You are a help to all who come around you.
