Does anyone know the uncompressed length for new 20 & 30 rd AR15 magazine springs? I'm trying to determine whether I need to replace some springs due to "spring set".

Unless the magazines were subjected to high heat (hot enough to change the temper of the spring) the springs are probably fine. Assuming they were GI magazines.
Corrosion will kill the magazine springs, leaving the mag loaded for an extended period will not.
High quality springs won't be affected by compression within their designed limits.
If the mags won't function and the follower and mag body are clean and undamaged, by all means try new springs.
