Title: Aurora, MN AAR - May 31, 2024 - Pistol Clinic

A huge Thank You to the East Range Sportsmen's & Conservation Club in the Town of White for hosting Project Appleseed's Pistol Clinic on Friday May 31. 

We were able to spend the day learning about our heritage of marksmanship, liberties, and about how to become better with our pistols. 

Thank you to Gyle, Cliff, and Greg for coming out. 

The day started out with so many bugs hitting the canopy it sounded like rain, but by the end of the day we had a good breeze going that kept the mosquitos and gnats to a minimum. 

Greg, Gyle and Cliff's first attempts at the PQT showed there is a lot to take in and absorb.  We ended up shooting four PQTs total and each showed us area we could improve upon and work on with dry-fire.

Cliff - we thank our maker that you were still with us - about 2 months after a very serious medical condition and he was out supporting Project Appleseed.  Once you regain your strength and endurance, I'm sure we'll see you become a Pistoleer™ at a future event.

Gyle & Greg - I look forward to your perseverance and one day soon handing you a Pistoleer™ patch.

Sawyer - awesome as usual.  Thank you for talking this shoot boss out of his own mind and finally seeing me score Pistoleer™.

Shannon and Sawyer,
I really enjoyed the day even if I wasn't up to full potential. Rehabing 3 days a week and getting stronger every day. Can't wait for the next one.
