Once again, our host the RCLRC, provided a great venue to exercise our heritage and second amendment rights as established by our founding generation. :F
The day was about perfect in weather for our 7 patriots who arrived with admirable energy and willingness to learn. After reviewing the foundational safety expectations of any Appleseed shooting event and a run through the lessons of Known Distance shooting, we headed out to start our data collection. :snipersmi :wb:
Running through two individual series of that data collection and reviewing the results, we felt ready to prove it in the form of our first AQT for the day. Thanks to a cooling breeze that kept us cool in the warm sun, shooters learned that there can be important differences between the wind we see at the top of the berms and at the floor of the range! :wb:
All in all, the day provided an awesome opportunity to hone our skills and sharpen our knowledge of what Appleseed is about and who we are as Riflemen. Congratulations to Eric for his KD Requalification! Eric never disappoints.
