Many thanks to Palmetto Gun Club for hosting their first (but not last) Appleseed 25m Rifleman Clinic.
Palmetto Gun Club is a fine range and they were gracious hosts. The day before, we decided to shoot from under cover on the 50 yard bay due to the weather forecast and with club president's help we were able to set up an adequate firing line.
Saturday 13 first timers to Appleseed ignored the weather forecast and came out to begin their path to Riflemen.
On Saturday morning we had a riveting First Strike present by none other than Captain John Parker and personified by Roswell.
It began pouring rain, but the shooters persisted and completed day one tired and ready for day 2.
We had a 100% return rate on Sunday and after a brief review and some zeroes checked we began the AQT regimen.
I am pleased to announce that Tom scored 212/250 and earned his Rifleman patch.
I am also please that we were able to present 3 youth with a William Diamond patch.
I saw lots of individual improvement and even one score of 209.
Looking forward to seeing everyone back on the Appleseed Trail in the future.

Huzzah, its great to see another range in South Carolina.
What a great weekend in SC! Beautiful range and excellent hospitality. Several of you were knocking on the door! Keep up the perfect practice and remember that a Rifleman persists.
