Our weekend started with a lonely shooting mat next to a spotting scope.
It lay halfway between the firing line and the 100 yard line. Our shooters came up one by one and took their shot at Morgan's shingle at 250 yards.
Congratulations to Forrest, Desert Chipmunk, Ken G. and Choatic Crouton for earning their patch.
The forecast predicted 20-40mph gusts for our April KD.
Luckily, we only had 15-20mph. Ears pricked up, though, during the wind instruction.
Half our line was from our neighboring states. Congrats to Desert Chipmunk and Forrest Y. for earning their Known distance rocker. While you come from far away lands, we will add you to our roster of Nevada Rifleman. IIT Ken G. also requalified.
Sunday Proved to be better weather with 10-15mph breezes.
Forrest proved his skills and qualified on every AQT.
All in all a successful KD where everyone learned something and had a good time doing it.
