Today marks the 249th anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord. I had read this article on the Bearing Arms website a few weeks ago.  I had never heard of Project Appleseed before.  Based on the article I looked up pistol classes in my area.  I just finished the May 18-19 pistol class in Kingston, MI and all I can say is WOW! I thought I was a decent pistol shooter but soon found out otherwise.  So many new things to learn and skills to improve upon.  I cannot say enough good things about the instructors, the level of instruction and the attention to safety.  All of it was top-notch!  While I did not qualify as a Pistoleerâ„¢ on the PQT, I did improve my skills and now have things to work on at my local range.   Looking forward to going back again at a later date and trying to qualify as a Pistoleerâ„¢, maybe even take a rifle class!
