Another great AS!
Great to be in the company of the future of this country.
We had 24 show on Saturday. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day.
One guy from Moristown brought a crew of 7 or 8 with him! When I asked how many could get 10 to show for an emergency he could be believed as he had most of them there all ready.
Had one lady show from fliers I handed out at the Tea party in Kingsport. She looks to be very interested in the program. So much so that she showed backup on Sunday to shoot in the rain with 5 other hardy souls.
No Riflemen on Sat but 2 were awarded on Sunday out of the 6 that braved the rain.
Onward and upward.

CONGRATULATIONS to the new Riflemen.
I'd say all six who showed up Sunday to shoot in the rain, get it. I'm certain all will persist. It's quite impressive to be standing in the rain, calling the line, looking at the hearty Americans who are willing to lie down in the mud, to PERSIST.
This is not meant to take away from those who scored 210 or better. It just shows that Rifleman is more than a score. As in the pre-dawn hours of April 19, 1775. It exists in the hearts and the minds of men and women. We see them every weekend that there is an Appleseed. It becomes more apparent when there are adverse conditions. Congratulations to all of you.
Great job there in TN. Thanks for the report.

I've been putting out flyers and talking to as many friends as possible. I KNEW that one would love it if I could only get him to go (his unwillingness wasn't in himself but from his reluctant wife). She agreed to let me go after being asked to call this his birthday present (which is today) and that I'd pay for his entry fee. He agreed and couldn't have been happier. He shoots more than 1X/week so I see him getting Rifleman soon. Good job, student.
