We had 2 students brave the colder weather and join us for a weekend of marksmanship and heritage. There were plenty of instructors present which was awesome!
Their desire to learn was admirable to say the least and both shooters left on Sunday with significantly improved rifle skills and a newfound appreciation for history. Although no rifleman patches were handed out, both students intend to return in 2024. With a winter of dryfire practice ahead of them, they will certainly succeed. One shooter intends on bringing her husband and children for the next event, Huzza!
We would like to thank the Cardinal Shooting Range for the use of their facility and I would personally like to thank all the shooters & instructors for coming! On that note, we also had an unexpected instructor surprise us on Saturday, Maximum Ordinate, our national coordinator.
All in all it was a fantastic shoot and I look forward to working with everyone again in the future.
