Iowa weather couldn't dampen the spirit of these shooters. We had rain on and off the entire day. The cover on the firing line was appreciated by all. We had a good group to work with. We had shooters from 4 different states, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin. They were attentive to our blocks of instruction and then eager to put it into action. Group continued to tighten as the day went on. During the preparation periods lots of dry firing was going on. It was obvious they came to learn. There were 2 new Pistoleer™ patches earned and 1 requalification. It was a good day at the range.
