A shoot in WI in Feb and I can't even rightly call it a winterseed. Temps in the 30's, some snow but not alot, sun was out, and it was a calm day. By midday we didn't need gloves, winter hats, or even jackets. It was a great day to be outside.
Four shooters with five instructors made for lots of instruction.
We ran the new to us format based on the Tasking Document from the Shootboss manual. Things went well and we picked up quite a bit of time do to having one instructor per shooter. Seems to me this method will get seriously bogged down with 5 or more students per instructor but we managed 4 AQT's and a ball and dummy/carding sights drill, pretty good for a one day in my experience.
Thanks as always to God for the time and opportunity to serve, thanks to the instructors for all the help (it is truly appreciated), and lastly thanks to the shooters for coming out.
