We're are having another IBC at the Perryville Higher Education Center Feb 25&26, 2023. The event is posted on the RWVA website, ready for signups. Seeing the venue on the campus of the St. Mary's of the Barrens Seminary is worth a drive all by itself. All instructors and aspiring instructors are welcome.
