We had another great event at L.E. Duncans Rainbow Range. I first would like apologize for the delay in posting this AAR. I have had an extremely busy time at work along with my son getting married this last Wednesday and all that day entailed over the last two weeks. Thank You. Norm
We had an enthusiastic group of shooters over the weekend who listened to the Welcome, safety briefings and instruction. The shooters helped out with the range and ez-up setup that was much appreciated by myself and the instructors. A special shout out to our instructor Joe who was there for the whole weekend helping out where he could despite breaking his wrist the Thursday before the shoot while bike riding. Riflemen persevere! The weather was typical for Rainbow with a lot of wind, cooler than normal temperature, a slight mist on Saturday and rain overnight into Sunday. The first Redcoat showed we had work to do and we got down to the business of instruction. The lunch history was well received and we were able to get in 2 AQT's on Saturday and 6 on Sunday. Scores improved and we ended the shoot with two new riflemen and one repeat, We had two people accept the orange hat, Steve will be promoted from Applecore to IIT along with John who was the repeat riflemen. Congratulations too James as well for shooting his riflemen score. A good portion of the shooters stayed around to help clean up the range and put away all of the gear. It was very much appreciated. Thank You all. Norm
