What a great weekend!
Thanks to the Orwell Gun Club for hosting Project Appleseed yet again. Feels like home!
The weather held off for us until the very end, with only a few light sprinkles. Almost like divine intercession on our behalf.
9 students braved the potentially poor weather and joined us learning marksmanship and about how we became a nation. Half repeats, and half new made for a great mix.
A big thanks to all the cadre for what came off as a very positive experience for my daughters first clinic! To keep it positive we opted out of a possibly wet grind on Sunday. Emma already wants to know if she can do it again in the spring so good job to all of you! It took a lot of convincing to get her to try it, but she may be hooked.

Sorry for the late pictures. Tom, we had you "covered" for Sunday, with two large canopies over the firing line. We should have let everybody know our plan for the rain we knew was coming.
Thank you Orwell for the use of the facilities. Thanks to the Trail Life crew for lots of the Instructing, Dan for earning his IIT1, Ricky for the MANY Rifleman scores AND taking an Orange Hat, Ethan for clearing the Redcoat, all all the other youth. What a great and safe shoot!
