Any suggestions from this group on a two-minute (max!) presentation for a local constitution day ceremony?
Wow, 2 minute is tough . . .
What about making a pitch that every American has a responsibility to read, learn know
Quote about knowledge essential to liberty and point 2 or 3 of the common myths most believe about the Constitution like
3 coequal branches - Myth
etc.
Even that will probably be too much for less than 2 min hard stop
Maybe a Cliff's Notes version of the Intolerable (Coercive) Acts. Specifically those that tie directly to the Bill of Rights?
Enough to draw a quick parallel, and entice the audience to read further.
Who knows, maybe they'll want to hear more about WHY we fought for independence. ^-^
