Everybody else probably already knows about them, but I just found them. And so far, I'm digging them.
They are available in black and stainless.

Midway has them for $3.99/each

vs. the ebay price of $9.99/each.
Also available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Ruger-Receiver-Stock-Takedown-Screw/dp/B07NK8S7C3?th=1 but it is $24 + $3 shipping for 4.
I looked on McMaster-Carr, but could not find a good equivalent.

These would not be ideal for use with a torque wrench. If you haven't already played around with torque settings on your takedown screws, you might be surprised by how much it affects the accuracy of your barrel: https://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=59676.0

Would probably be okay with a FAT wrench with flat head bit installed?

I don't know - the head of that screw looks awfully wide and shallow... they are shoving a coin into it!
Could the operator render an accurate reading with a Wheeler torque wrench? Probably, with the right bit - yes! But it wouldn't be my first choice. I'd go with the hex head.
I'm not sure I understand the novelty of this screw to begin with. I am far more likely to have a hex wrench on my person than loose change. I do have fingers, if we're resorting to that - but this screw is a solution seeking for a problem. Who doesn't have a set of hex wrenches/bits at the range with them? I still love every American who has this screw! Because
that American shoots 10/22's, and so do I O0
These are a cool idea for a tool-less takedown and may work well for some people but I am having a bad experience with a similar setup.
About a year ago I pillar bedded my 10/22 and used a large button head screw that protrudes below the stock similar to this. I thought it would be a great idea with the large contact area on the pillar. It turned out to be right where my palm rests when slung up and it is super annoying. Soon I am going to counterbore out my pillar and go back to a flush screw setup.
