Title: Antioch TN IBC 1/29-30 AAR
Post by: Ramblin' Wreck on February 04, 2022, 02:34:38 PM
Appleseed cadre from 3 states gathered on January 29-30 at the Stone's River Hunter Education Center and range in Antioch, TN just south of Nashville for the first of 2 IBCs in the Volunteer state for 2022. The folks at this state owned facility are tremendous to work with and are big supporters of Project Appleseed. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have hosted an IBC at this site and we always look forward to meeting there.

Over the course of two days, every block of instruction at a 2 day Appleseed event was taught and practiced in preparation for the upcoming season. It was great fellowship with Appleseed family and a chance to sharpen the saw for orange and red hats alike.

Post pictures if you took 'em.  O0

The next IBC in Tennessee is Memphis on March 5-6 so if you missed this one there's still room there.

See you on the line in 2022.

An Antioch IBC is always a special time. It was good to see old faces and meet new ones. Special thanks to the folks at Stones River for letting us use their great facilities! I look forward to working with everyone soon.

This was my first IBC and I absolutely loved it. When we all get together its a family. As an IIT i learned alot and look forward to teaching and passing it along to as many students as possible.

A great IBC as always.  The spirit of the folks gathered was palpable and encouraging.  Wreck did his usual 1 MOA job at presenting the material and framing it for everyone.  It was good to see everyone and to see the obvious improvement in presentations.  The history presentations were heartfelt and meaningful.  I am enthusiastic about upcoming events in the Tennessee Valley and beyond with this cadre.
