Several phones ago I had an app that gave line commands and timed stages for the AQT, which I used extensively in practice. It doesn't seem to be available on the web any more. Can I find it somewhere, or is it gone forever?
Not sure if it is the same one, but there used to be an app I used for scoring. However, after several iOS and App Store upgrades it went away. Last I checked the author hadn't updated and it no longer worked.
Here's the most recent thread I could find about an Appleseed app (Android only, I believe):

And another:

I could not find any AQT timer on the play store. Any other timers that will give you a countdown to start?

I posted this in the Pistol section as I used it to prep. But it works well for AQTs as well.

The link does not work for me.

Ok, reposting
At the Staunton TtT event, I showed people a free "multitimer" app I used for practicing the PQT alone. Since a couple people have asked for it, thought I would share.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/multitimer-multiple-timers/id973421278
The app has a lot of functions but I used the "interval timer" setting and created three intervals for Stages 1-4 of the PQT (conveniently all the same). Once you hit start:
- Prep Period and Load (20 seconds): A beep to start prep for the stage (essentially, your prep period begins now/has ended, with x rounds load, etc.) - it is abbreviated but enough for shooting alone
- Fire (15 seconds for stages 1-4) - will beep at the start of Fire! and at the end for "Cease Fire"
- Make Safe/Show Clear (15 seconds): This really isn't necessary but since it will keep beeping when the program ends, I use this time to "make safe and show clear" and reset the timer. A good habit.
Here is a screen shot of the settings:

For Stage 5 (slow fire) I just copied the settings into a separate timer but made "Fire!" 2 minutes.
You can also set it up for recorded voice commands, but I don't want to have it yell "Cease Fire, Cease Fire, Cease Fire" at a crowded range.
I also set up practice AQT settings (1 timer for Stages 1 and 4, 1 for Stage 2, 1 for Stage 3), because you can do at least 6 separate timers, if not more, on one screen. I made the prep periods longer for those.

This is not a sound activated shot timer - that would require a separate app or device.

The timer app "AQTrainer" listed in ^^^ thread is still available for download, courtesy of Eighty.
It still works on Android, if you're willing to side-load an APK. (It's easy. Just don't forget to change your security settings back after loading it.)

Bump - nice little app. I use it all the time.
How to side-load:

Also here for posterity: https://appleseedinfo.org/pdf/aqt.apk
That's a copy I downloaded many years ago. Clean and doesn't ask for all sorts of permissions.
Catch 10-22 thanks for the multi-timer. I just got the 4 stages set. This will be vert helpfull.
