It was a fabulous weekend of shooting! We had 16 motivated shooters from ages 10 to 79 and they all made significant progress! We had one new Rifleman - Congratulations John! Juliano came oh so close to earning his Rifleman patch scoring a 195 and his brothers Devin and Dominic were not far behind - Grandpa also did a fine job. Christian hung in there and went from double-digits scores to a marksmanship score and Dad Michal is knocking on the door as well. Jake and Matthew both increased their scores throughout the day and Laurie, first-time shooter really hung in there and showed much progress. Christine continues to show persistence an improvement. Jon Carlos, 10, did an amazing job, making Dad very proud, who didn't do too shabby himself! Brothers Brandon and Bryan both showed up with their dad, Bien (79) to learn and improve their marksmanship and they all did just that! Christopher showed up motivated to improve his shooting skills and was successful in doing so.
A huge thanks to the instructors - who did an amazing job making this event a success!
It was a wonderful event. Good weather, lots of instructors helping, great bunch of students who made good progress.
It was a great Appleseed Weekend! One of my favorite parts was the families involved together (I think 4), learning the spirit of the American Revolution and exercising their 2nd Amendment right as a family! Hoozah!
Great weekend with great folks. Congrats to all that came to improve their rifle skills, a job well done!
