Does anyone do Liberty Seeds or "Library" Seeds in the upper plains region?

Sam, I think it could help us get more shooters to the line in May. I think I saw that it has to be an IIT4 or full instructor. Do we have anyone that could/would do it if I could get something scheduled? Maybe a couple of times between now and May. What about for specific groups? Just trying to think of ways to drum up interest.
