This will be my third attempt to get this started. I keep doing silly things that cause the topic to vanish into the ionosphere, never to be found again. Here goes the next attempt. I will try posting a beginning and then following up, just to save the topic.
07:00 Saturday morning, waiting by the gate of the Sidney Paul Gordon shooting range, in La Luz New Mexico. Parked in front of me is Captwa and we are awaiting the arrival of the Range Officer. 07:15 … he is here and I watch the unlocking and raising of the red flag. This promises to be a very entertaining day, as it takes both the R.O. and Captwa several tries to raise the banner. Up, down, up, down, untwist and repeat several times. I am amused and finish my McDonalds while chuckling and fearing inhaling a McMuffin whole.
Looking good so far! LOL
Bill, I was chuckling myself.
Twas a great New Mexico morning for an event at the Sidney Paul Gordon range. Calm winds and clear sky promised no dust or dirt in the rifles, unusual in this part of the country. To top that off
somehow the Shoot Boss had gotten us use of the police range giving us cover for lunch and retelling of stirring tales of the Revolution. An auspicious start to an Appleseed!
Given that opening, I hope Bill can add some pictures!
I'm telling you, I'm on the edge of my seat! :F
Greetings All,

Oh Bill, where are you?
