All,
SCATT is an electronic training system. However, the software is free to download, and you can use it to print reduced targets for dry firing, or even for using at 25 yards for live fire.
It does not have the Appleseed silhouettes, but you can substitute the NRA circle targets and do just fine for working on position.
Simply download the software (SCATT professional), and then install it.
Open the program, and click "Tools" on the toolbar, then "Print Target".
Select the desired target (I'd simply recommend using the NRA Mid Range target).
Input the distance you will be firing at (live or dry), and it will print you a representative target for your desired distance.
Grading your live or dry fire:
Every scoring ring on the MR is 1 MOA, so....8 ring and in would be 4 MOA.
You can use the same target for all 3 positions for dry or live fire.

Good luck!
