It was a genuine honor and pleasure to bring Project Appleseed back to Hinckley, MN.
We had a wonderful group of students who made steady marksmanship progress over the weekend and were totally absorbed by the History/Heritage.
Congratulations to our new Rifleman Chris who scored a 210 despite losing some hits on that target due to some "help" from his linemates aka his sons Cor, Simeon and Christopher. What a group! Chris is home on leave from an active duty deployment in the Middle East and chose to spend his weekend at an Appleseed with his boys! Chris' fourth son couldn't make it due to a football practice injury on Friday. Thank you Chris for your service and your dedication to raising future generations of outstanding citizens.
The rest of the line showed outstanding progress throughout the weekend. The trigger control displayed by the left side of the line on stage four of our last AQT was awesome as evidenced by Mike's 200. Travis, Sophie, Bethany, Hyun-Soo, Soo-Young, Will, Alan and Mike...persist and that Rifleman patch will be yours. Just hope I'm there with you to share the experience.
Thank you BugginOut and CJCB for another weekend of great instruction. Without you guys this event would have not be able to happen.
Thank you Hinckley Conservation Club for having us back at your range...looking forward to next year.
