WOW! This was another fun weekend on the Appleseed trail. We made new friends, saw some old ones, spent time with the Young Marines and had a great time.
The Young Marines were a lot of fun and a pleasure to spend time with. Thank you to Mr. Smith, Mr. Parks and all the staff for helping to make this possible. Also, Thanks to the parents for letting them come to a shooting event.
There were several highlights from the weekend. Alice greatly improved. Josh and Dennis re-qualified as riflemen. John B. and John H. cleared the Sunday afternoon red coat. John H. also earned his Rifleman patch.
I would like to also thank the staff for stepping up and doing an AWESOME job. :bow: You made my job easy.

I enjoyed spending Saturday with you all - sorry I couldn't join you again on Sunday. I hope the Young Marines had fun camping and enjoyed the Project Appleseed experience - it was great having you out with us! Shout outs to the sharpshooters who were holding it down in the pistol house on Saturday - that was a tight firing line! Rich - practice finding/adjusting your NPOA at home and we'll have a Rifleman patch waiting for you in Fenton next month :snipersmi.

I haven't worked a shoot in a long time. It was great seeing some old faces and meeting some new ones (TL) and as always, it was a pleasure working with the Young Marines. Sorry to say, I did not take any photos.
This was my second Appleseed event and it was a lot of fun.
