The May Ladyseed at Rivanna Rifle Pistol Club in Charlottesville has become an annual event and it always rains on us. This year we had 5 shooters; 4 of whom have attended several AS. We welcomed one new shooter to the mix; she did very well and plans to attend more AS events. The weather was typical; hot and muggy Saturday and rainy Sunday. The ladies did a fabulous job following safety rules and practicing the skills as taught. We have two regulars who are closing in on scoring Rifleman; their dedication to practice shows in their rising scores. Keep up the good work ladies!!!
Many many thanks to our dedicated Minions (male instructor core members) for their support in setting up the range, fixing rifle issues, keeping us as dry as possible, and making Oreo cookie targets!
PS: For the first time we had more left-hand shooters that right handed shooters. When is Ruger going to make a left-hand 10-22?
