In general ,how many clicks from a 25 yard zero is it to get to 100yrd zero.and is that up or down..
Also is it true my 25yrd and 200 yrd zero will be about the same?

Yep.

Since the 'come-up' from 200 yards (and therefore 25yards) down to 100 yards is 3 moa, that would mean 3 clicks (assuming standard sights) down from the 25 yd zero should get you very close to on at 100 yards.
