What a great start after a long winter break in Nebraska! While the morning temps were on the brisk side, things warmed up as the weekend progressed, and that goes for the passion too. While a small group of only 5 shooters (4 returning), it was a great time. Things were 'edge of seat' during AQT scoring for those qualifying/re-qualifying and knocking on the door while doing it with iron sights and bolt actions!

On the history side, not only did we have the 3 strikes plus some dangerous old men but an added bonus of a moving Patrick Henrys "Give me Liberty or give me death!" rendition.

Our host range, LincolnIkes (www.lincolnikes.com) has been a great friend to Appleseed as always and they have our gratitude.

This is an exciting time for Project Appleseed Nebraska as the program grows!
